2. Spend time with a friend of family member who makes you feel happy/relaxed.
3. Treat yourself to a favorite fall drink or treat.
4. Do an art project.
5. Go for a walk and spend time specifically paying attention to the fun festive halloween celebration!
I think part of what has stressed me out in the past during the any holiday is that I have had all sorts of expectations about what it SHOULD be like.
